Yakisoba Pan (DanDadan)

Ingredients:


  • 1 sliced Weiner (hot dog)

  • Aonori

  • Salt and pepper

  • 3 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

  • 3.5 oz of mixed veggies (cabbage, beansprouts, carrots)

  • 1 Tbsp Sugar

  • 1 pack (2.5 oz) Yakisoba noodles

  • Japanese Mayo

  • Hot Dog bun

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp ketchup

  • Benishoga


Directions:

  1. In a hot pan, cook chopped weiners, all the veggies, and yakisoba noodles in olive oil.

  2. Thrown in the rest of the seasonings and sauces, except mayo and Aonori and cook until all noodles are coated about 5 minutes.

  3. Toast a hotdog bun and fill it in and swizzle with mayo and sprinkle Aonori. Serve.
