Poké Wonton Tostadas

Ingredients:
1 pack Wonton (deep fried and salted)
Ahi and sauce
Ahi tuna 1lb
2 tbsp Red chili oil
1 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Hawaiian rock salt
Garnish
Avocado
Green onion
Unagi sauce
Lemon juice
Kewpie mayo
Sesame seeds
Directions:
Slice ahi into tiny cubes and marinate with all spices.
Deep fry wontons and lightly salt
Pile on top of wonton chip
Swizzle kewpie mayo and unagi sauce
5. Garnish with lemon juice, avocados cubes, sesame seeds and green onions
