I’m honored to be working as their Creative Head Chef, bringing unique flavors and concepts to life, including curating their lunch menu. Can’t wait to share what we’ve been cooking.

Visionaries September 20, 2025
Proud to be part of Visionaries, a creative showcase and networking jam curated by the talented April Li. It’s like a talent show meets a block party — packed with dope people doing dope things.
I’ll be posted up as a vendor and running a Spam Musubi workshop, so pull up, roll some rice, sear some spam, and vibe with a crew of passionate creators.

Kusshi handed me the keys to their kitchen (okay, not literally, but close enough) — and I rolled in with a multi-course dinner that brought the flavor, the flair, and maybe a little chaos.
This wasn’t just dinner — it was a sneak peek. Some of the dishes I created are joining Kusshi’s actual menu, so if you missed it, don’t worry… your taste buds will get another shot.
