Wagyu Katsu Sando


Ultra-luxury between two slices of bread. Panko-crusted wagyu beef so tender it practically whispers "treat yo’self" with every bite.
Ultra-luxury between two slices of bread. Panko-crusted wagyu beef so tender it practically whispers "treat yo’self" with every bite.

Ingredients:


● Wagyu 

● 1 tsp Chili oil 

● 1 Tbsp honey 

● 4 Tbsp Tonkatsu sauce 

● Sauce 

● Salt and pepper 

● Flour 

● Egg 

● Panko 

● Oil for deep fry 

● Milk bread 


Directions: 

1. To make the sauce, mix tonkatsu, chili oil and honey 

2. Slice wagyu into a perfect square 

3. Sprinkle salt and pepper 

4. Coat with flour, egg wash, then panko 

5. Deep fry until golden brown 

6. Pan toast the milk bread on one side only using wagyu fat

7. Spread the toasted side with sauce and place wagyu and sandwich

8. Cute the crust, cut in half and itadakimasu
