Sanji’s seafood risotto (One Piece)

Ingredients:
Seafood mixture (squid rings, shrimp, octopus)
1 cup Arborio rice
2 clove minced garlic
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp Parsley
Lemon (garnish)
2 minced shallots
Chives (garnish)
2-3 cups of chicken stock
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup white wine
Directions:
In a hot pan, add olive oil cook shallots and garlic until translucent
Mix a cup of arborio rice and a half cup of white wine
Cook until all the white wine is absorbed
On a separate burner, boil a pot of chicken stock.
Continue to add chicken stock into the arborio rice little by little until arborio absorbs all the liquid.
Repeat this process for 20 minutes until el dente.
Add couple knobs of butter with chopped parsley and mix.
Add parmesan cheese and mix.
On a separate pan, stir fry the seafood mixture with olive oil making sure not to over cook squid.
Sprinkl salt and pepper with some lemon juice.
Place risotto and seafood garnish with chives. Serve.
