Mochiko Chicken

Ingredients:
● 2 lbs boneless chicken pieces
● 4 Tbsp shoyu
● 2 cloves minced garlic
● 1/2 tsp grated ginger
● 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
● 4 Tbsp sugar
● 4 Tbsp cornstarch
● 4 Tbsp mochiko flour
● 1/2 tsp salt
● 2 eggs beaten
● 1/4 cup green onions
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients
3. Marinate chicken overnight
4. Deep fry until golden brown
5. Garnish with chives or nori strips
