Mikey’s Kids meal (Tokyo Revengers)


Bite-sized rebellion: A kid’s meal inspired by Tokyo’s toughest gang leader. Rice, fried goodies, and that sneaky feeling you’re about to pick a fight over the last nugget or octopus shaped sausage.

Ingredients:


Tomato rice

  • Pinch of truffle salt

  • 2 mince garlic cloves

  • 1 cup cooked jasmine rice

  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste


Hamburger steak with gravy 

  • Salt and pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp Breadcrumbs 

  • 1/4 lb ground beef


Gravy 

  • 1 cup hot Water

  • 1 tsp Ketchup

  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire

  • 1 pack Brown Gravy Mix


Everything else 

  • Yakult

  • Japanese pudding 

  • Tempura shrimp

  • Octopus shaped hotdog

  • Corn, Cucumbers, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced apples


Directions:

  1. In a hot pan, olive oil, cook minced garlic and tomato paste. Add day old rice, add truffle salt, frozen peas. That’s your tomato rice.

  2. For hamburger steak, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bread crumbs.

  3. Shape patty and pan fry for 2 minutes, add water close lid and let it steam and cook other side for minute. 

  4. Remove burger aside and hot water, brown gravy powder, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce for the gravy.

  5. Deep fry some premade ebi. Slit sausages at the bottom for the octopus shape sausages.

  6. Simple spaghetti, cut up your garnish and set everything together with the flag on the rice.
