Meat Jun

A crispy, savory favorite from Hawaii's local Korean spots — thin slices of marinated beef, dipped in egg batter, and pan-fried to golden perfection. This version is my personal take on a Yummy’s classic: a little Korean soul, a little Hawaiian heart, and a whole lot of "broke da mouth" flavor.
