Baked Maiden pasta (One Piece)


A bold and cheesy gorgonzola pasta crowned with crispy pork belly — a dish fit for a pirate king who doesn’t play when it comes to flavor. This one slaps harder than Sanji’s kicks.

Ingredients:


  • 14 oz Huge pasta shells

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 3.5 oz Gorgonzola cheese

  • Crab meat

  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated

  • 2 oz Gruyère cheese

  • 2/3 cup  Milk

  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1/3 cup chicken stock 

  • Salt and pepper, to season


Crispy pork belly 

  • Lots of salt

  • Large strips of pork belly

  • Vinegar 


Directions:

  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta el dente

  2. In a pan,saute minced garlic, and add butter and milk until melted.

  3. Add gorgonzola and Gruyere cheese until melted

  4. Add cream and 1 tbsp of parmesan with a pinch of black pepper and salt.

  5. Add chicken stock and pasta with more parmesan cheese

  6. Mix in pork belly, plate and top with chives
