Bacon Soufflé Pancake (Adventure Time)


Pancake? Nah. This is a fluffy AF soufflé pancake with crispy bacon snuck in — worthy of Jake the Dog’s brunch table. Soft, jiggly, and deliciously chaotic.
Pancake? Nah. This is a fluffy AF soufflé pancake with crispy bacon snuck in — worthy of Jake the Dog’s brunch table. Soft, jiggly, and deliciously chaotic.

Ingredients:


Pancakes

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 3 tbsp flour

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


Bacon topping

  • Some honey

  • 1 pack of bacon

  • Some brown sugar


Glaze

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 3 tbsp milk

  • 2 cups powdered sugar


Directions:

  1. Bake Bacons in the oven with brown sugar until crisp and chop into pieces

  2. For the glaze, mix in all ingredients and mix well until thick

  3. For batter, in a bowl mix in egg yolks and milk and whisk, then sift in flour and baking powder; mix

  4. In a separate bowl, throw in egg whites and lemon juice and keep whisking until peak forms.

  5. Fold in with the batter and cook in a pan and cover until lightly brown

  6. Add Glaze and bacon and serve.
